Colombia - La Reserva 96hr Honey Geisha
We’re genuinely excited to share this rare, exceptional, world-class coffee with you.
To make it more accessible, we’ve chosen to offer it in 150g bags rather than our usual 250g, and it is available as whole beans only.
La Reserva
Colombia — Ciudad Bolívar, Antioquia
1,800–2,000 masl
96hr Anaerobic Honey Geisha
This lot comes from one of twenty-four micro-lots grown and processed at Carlos Pineda’s Finca La Reserva.
When Carlos first arrived at the abandoned farm, he was told that producing coffee there would be nearly impossible. But he recognised the potential in the land and set out to create small, high-scoring experimental lots—proving those early assumptions wrong.
The Geisha varietal, originally from the Gesha region of Ethiopia, is celebrated for its delicate florals, vibrant sweetness and exceptional clarity. It’s a low-yielding, highly selective plant that requires meticulous care, and when grown and processed well, it produces some of the most nuanced and sought-after coffees in the world.
Only two sacks of this highly sought-after coffee were produced this year.
Tasting Notes:
Jasmine | Floral | Tropical
